This document describes the free tools currently available on face-rating.net. Photo analysis runs on your device.
Scope and who operates the service
This Privacy Policy explains how face-rating.net ("face-rating," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit the site or use its free facial analysis tools.
face-rating is currently operated by an individual operator. Contact us at contact@face-rating.net. We will update this policy if the operating entity changes.
Photos and on-device analysis
The tools process your selected photo in your browser. The image, camera frames, facial landmarks, measurements and scores stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. We do not keep a copy of your photo or result.
Photo analysis uses browser memory. Closing or refreshing the page, replacing the photo or clearing it removes the working result. A local object URL allows your browser to display the photo without sending it to us. Camera access requires your permission.
The browser downloads the models and software needed for analysis. These website requests do not contain your selected photo or facial measurements. You do not need to create an account or provide an email address to use the tools.
Facial and biometric data notice
Some laws may treat facial geometry as biometric or sensitive data. Our tools calculate facial landmarks and measurements locally. We do not receive those working landmarks, identify you from them or create a server-side facial profile.
We do not use your selected photo to train a model, sell or trade facial data, or send your photo, measurements or score to advertising providers.
Saving and sharing results
Result cards are created on your device. The homepage result card excludes your photo by default; you can choose to include it. Downloads and copied summaries remain under your control and are not stored by us.
If you choose to share a card, it goes to the app or person you select. That destination handles the shared information under its own practices. A downloaded card or copied summary can remain on your device after you close this website; delete those copies yourself if you no longer want them.
Support and use of information
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Please avoid sending facial photos or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request. Emailing an attachment is separate from choosing a photo in the local analysis tool.
We use support correspondence to respond to your request, resolve problems and protect the service. We use technical website information to deliver the site, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.

Your choices and privacy rights
You can stop analysis, replace or clear your photo, close the page, revoke camera permission and clear local browser storage. Save a result before leaving if you want to keep it; we cannot restore it for you.
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export or delete personal information we hold; object to or restrict processing; or appeal a privacy decision. Contact contact@face-rating.net. We may need to verify that a request is yours. We cannot retrieve photos or results that remained only on your device.
Security and international processing
Keeping photo analysis on your device limits the information sent to us. We use encrypted website connections and hosting security measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Hosting and email providers may process technical requests or correspondence in countries other than yours. Applicable safeguards and provider practices govern that processing.
Age requirement
The service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Do not select a photo of a minor or use the tools on a minor's behalf. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can address it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the product, providers or law changes. We will change the date above and provide a prominent notice for material changes where appropriate.
